Adam Siegel

PRINCIPal

Adam Siegel has developed 50 million dollars worth of real estate in Cambridge over the past five years. His portfolio includes award-winning historic redevelopments, luxury new construction, redevelopment of brownfield sites, and one-of-a-kind projects like an auto body shop turned condo collective. Adam’s forte is finding underutilized properties and mindfully crafting a redevelopment plan alongside city and community stakeholders. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Boston University.

Adam is also a partner in the construction firm Benjamin William Construction Group. BWCG provides general contracting and construction management services to developers and property owners throughout Greater Boston.

He lives in Cambridge with his wife, two sons, and two Bichons.

Stanislav Maltsev

ACQUISITION ANALYST

Before joining SGL Development in 2021, Stas completed a summer internship working on infill development acquisitions in Cambridge. In his current role, Stas is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, underwriting, and supporting projects through the development process. Stas earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Bentley University.

He is an active member of the ULI Young Leaders Group and serves as a Financial Guide at Jewish Vocational Services in Boston.
